• Use the fund for acquiring a vacant lot, house and lot, townhouse unit, condominium unit with or without parking space, house construction, house renovation or improvement, refinance an existing housing loan or for equity payment

Eligibility

• Gross family income of at least P50,000.00 a month
• Must be a regular employee with the company, or business is in existence for at least 2 years
• With good credit standing

Documentary Requirements

• Completely filled-up application form
• Recent ID picture of applicant and spouse with signatures at the back
• Certificate of employment or proof of income
• ITR (last two years)
• Utilities billing statement
• Copy of TCT/CCT
• Lot plan and vicinity map
• Deed of restriction (for condominium)
• For construction or renovation: Building Plan, Bill of Materials, Building Specification
• For refinancing: Statement of Account and latest 3 months OR
• Real Estate Mortgage
• Mortgage Redemption Insurance equal to loan amount
• Fire insurance equal to appraised value of property, with endorsement
